Challenge for “Designing Women”

I was asked to host this challenge for my group over at Paper Trey… and our challenge is to create a card using an animal (or animals), plus two designer papers. Beyond those two criteria, the sky’s the limit! I thought it would be a nice departure from all of the flowers we have been doing lately.

So with friends having bouncing baby boys due within the next few weeks, I thought I should get started on cards to welcome the new little ones.. here’s the first ~ and the first one to have their baby gets this one!

welcome teddy

This cute image is from Dustin Pike. I colored it with Prisma pencils, added a bit of glitter to the bubbles and cut it out with a Nestie die. DP’s are from Basic Gray and DCWV, and ribbon from Offray.
