Emboss it at Sassy Cheryl's

I have the honor of being the hostess for our challenge this week at Sassy Cheryl's. So, I chose 'embossing'... of any type. I am trying to concentrate solely on Christmas cards, although the need for them seems to shrink year after year due to the convenience of the internet.

By the way, we're looking for a guest designer to join us for the month of December. So one lucky person will be selected from the entries of the challenges for the remainder of November (Nov 15, 22 and 29). If you are so inclined, perhaps you will join us and try your hand.

Anyway, this happy duo has been sitting in my 'to-do' pile for some time now so it was long overdue for some lovin' and this was the perfect challenge.

I added some textured snow to the circle as well as the punched snowflakes, then added some silver brads.  If anyone can suggest something for better picture taking, I sure would love to hear it. This looks so much better in real life and my pictures sure look awful lately.
Have a fantastic day, friends.. and thanks so much for stopping by.
I'm also entering this in these challenges...
Freshly Brewed - Anything Goes
Scrapbook Sisters - Anything Goes
Paper Take Weekly - Anything Goes
4 Crafty Chicks - Die Cuts
Crimbo Crackers - Christmas
Christmas Crafting - Christmas

Hi Peggy...first...thanks for the cool challenge theme! I love embossing...sometimes I need to be coaxed to walk all the way across my craftroom (like 4 feet!) to get an embossing folder! sigh!! I love this card...such an adorable SC image...and colored to pure perfection!!! Yummilicious! Hugs. Pat Frank

This is one fun Santa! Lots of fun stuff here and beautiful coloring! I hope to get get in the swing of things, but with three weddings to photograph and son and d-i-l coming for the weekend it just might not see the studio for a few days. Sending big hugs!
