Hi everyone... are you having a terrific day? Is it hotter than Haiti in your neck of the woods? Whew.. the mid-West is being bombarded with temps well over 100 and a 'feels-like temp' at 108+. That brings me to my knees and I fold like a cheap beach chair.
It's challenge time at Isabella's Sketchbook.. and I've created this card for our challenge of 'buttons and bows'... luscious strawberries! Sadly, the season for local strawberries has come to an end and it's back to the mass produced type. Bummer dudettes!
I'm getting some cards together for my Aunt, for her upcoming birthday...and I know she will enjoy this one to pass on to her friends. My image was colored with Prismacolor pencils.. the arsenal of choice in my craft grotto.
Hope you can join us at Isabella's challenge this week - you might be the lucky winner of some of her darling digital images... Please check out the work of our design team. The inspiration is amazing.
Have a fantastic day.. and stay cool!

How berry, berry, sweet! Warmest wishes, Lesley
Too cute Peggy! I have wanted this stamp for a while. I need to go ahead and get the darn thing. Love how you used it.
I meant to tell you that I came through Kansas City a couple weeks ago while I was on my way to Colorado. Beautiful farm country out there. ~jeni :)
Your work with Prismas is stunning as always! It will make a perfect card for your aunt to give away - everybody loves strawberries!!

Such a sweet summary card! I don't envy you your heat - that's actually the main reason we decided to live here. Thanks again for the e-mail regarding Soldier's Angels - am looking forward to getting started! Hugs, Dru
I love the clean layout of this card and your colouring is fabulous.
Hugs!

This is stunning! Love the crisp, clean simplicity of it, Peggy, something I can't seem to pull off. Gingham is perfect for this image and the colors are so pleasing.
Hope you're having a great week!
Hugs,
Linda
Gorgeous as always Ms Peggy! That gingham is perfect to set off those yummy berries, which are so beautifully coloured, of course. Love it!
