How delicious are cupcakes? They come in every flavor and size imaginable. Since they are smaller than a slice of cake, I look at it this way... it's only about half the calories!! No guilt over a huge piece of cake. How's that for justification?
This darling image from Sassy Cheryl is perfect for the batch of cupcakes that I made for a new neighbor to welcome them to our community. The muffins were almond paste and raspberry jam filling.. yum-o!! I'll have the recipe on my food blog soon... so I do hope you will check back (I'm in the middle of company from the UK right now. As soon as things return to normal I'll get it typed up and posted for you.. they are pretty deeee-lish).
This week my friend, Jodi, is our hostess at Sassy Cheryl's challenge. She has created this week's challenge.. just include lots of layers. And we have Lia as our guest designer..... so I do hope you will stop by and see their lovely creations, as well as those of the entire design team. What a great talented group of lovely ladies.
My image was colored using Copic markers. I created a 5.5" sq. card, and cupcake is a stamp from my collection (company unknown... unless you know who created it???). I used Stickles Pink Pearls to create sprinkles.
I'm also entering this in these challenges...
Corrosive Challenge - What's cooking
Scrap Creations - Use Basic Gray paper
Daisy Doodles - Anything goes
Thanks so much for stopping by... I do appreciate you and the comments you leave VERY much. 'Til next time.. have fun, be safe, and happy coloring to you!
