Sew What?

That's our challenge theme this week at Christmas Stampin' All Year Long....add real or faux stitching. I'm not the best with a sewing machine - you'd never want to wear anything I might make. But I think here the stitching looks pretty good.. and almost straight!

Take a look a what the design team has put together as a bit of sewing inspiration... I bet they sew straighter than I do.

I have no idea the name or manufacturer of this stamp.. I'm sure it was something that I got in a swap somewhere along the line. But he's a cute, whimsical, little guy that I quickly colored up with Copics.  All of the papers were pulled right out of my stash.

I'd love to see you join us at the challenge at Christmas Stampin'. We've got lots of really great stuff coming up in our challenges that you won't want to miss.

Also, I'm entering this in these challenges:
Creative Craft Challenges - Use a stamp
Just Add Ink - Use DP

Have a fantastic day friends. I'll see you again over the weekend. Thanks so much for stopping by.

Peggy,
This is "sew" cute. You did a great job with the stitching. My m achine is buried so I had to hire someone to make everything for the wedding. Still a good deal when it is a personal friend.

He is a cutie!! You did a great job with the card and the sewing looks terrific. My sewing maching has remained packed since we moved from Phoenix over 2 years ago. I recently "found" it so I have no excuse for trying stitching on cards. Hmmm, I wonder if it still runs.

Hugs,
Barb

Such a cute image, Peggy!! It's a perfect image for a stitched card. . .:) You did fabulous sewing in a straight line. . .I usually use a zig zag stitch because I can't sew straight! LOL! Thanks for the great sample!
