Over at our Christmas Stampin' All Year Long (CSAYL) blog we have a recipe for this week's challenge. It's called "Create a Card". Our hostess gave us these parameters to work with:
Base: Kraft - 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
Mat: Red- 3 1/4 x 1 3/4
Any patterned paper: - 3 1/4 x 4.5
Ribbon or Fabric: White
Buttons or Brads: Red
And here's my interpretation of the challenge...
This was a fun challenge and perfect for the image that I chose. I really enjoy making these cards and projects... I know that come November my stress level will be minimal allowing me lots of time for all of those other holiday things I'll need to get done.
Check out the creations that our talented design team has put together for inspiration - there's some really cute ideas. I hope that you will join us in our challenge this week. We are looking for one special person to join us in a guest designer spot. So, play along with us.. you just might be the lucky person!
Thanks so much for stopping by... I hope that you have a terrific day!
Ciao for now,

Very lovely. I like how you popped up the center of the tree. The rounded courners are a nice touch also.
A beautiful card Peggy and such a lovely image and colouring. The popped up centre is a great idea and it's great that you're already reducing your stress levels for the end of the year :D! Hope you're well and have a good week. Chris :)
This is one of the loveliest Christmas cards I've seen!
