2010 Debut of Christmas Stampin' All Year Long

Hi everyone! 'Big stuff to share with you today!

I'm really pleased to announce that I've been asked to join the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long (CSAYL) Design Team at Paper Craft Planet. Although my main focus will be on the newest facet of the challenge, creating 3-D projects, I also get to jump in on the card challenges. I've been anxious to share this great information, but awaiting the first challenge to tell you.

Our first project for 2010 is a card recipe.. two layers, three buttons and glitter. I had to pull out this darling digi image from Sassy Cheryl's called Delivery Boy Santa.

here's a closer shot...

I colored Sassy Cheryl's Delivery Boy Santa with Prisma pencils, added glitter pen accents throughout (hard to see in the photo) and used a white opaque pen to create squiggles in the background for a slight bit of depth to the cardstock.

Take a lot of pressure out of the holiday rush and join us... you'll be amazed at how many handmade cards you'll have ready for mailing to friends and family when the holidays sneak up on you. This year, I'm hoping to make two of each project to alleviate that last minute rush.

Happy coloring everyone! 'Til next time, be safe in all you do. Thanks so much for stopping by.

You did a great job on this little guy. And the simple ribbon with the button adds just the right touch! You're coloring always amazes me!

Wonderful! Love this image and what you did with it. I have some Christmas images that I colored and now I have to make them into cards but haven't decided what to do with them yet.
