Woo-Hoo! Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend!

Hi everyone.. Are you having a terrific day?  I sure hope so.. 'cause I am. I just learned that I was one of the top three entrants in the Die Cut Challenge this week for this entry.  That made my day big time!!  Thank you so much ladies! I'll be back for more fun challenges 'cause I had a blast creating this project and playing along with you.

Today I wanted to show you another one of the items we made at our Girl's Night Out last week.. It's a purse using the SU Top Note Die and it's rather darling... don't you think?

So ladies.. ask your DH's to check out this blog link... We all know that guys need a little guidance in the gift department.. right?? This little package is perfect for housing something perfect for Valentine's Day.. like conversation hearts... something chocolate.. or some little diamond baubble!!

In the words of the immortal Marilyn Monroe....."A kiss on the hand might be quite continental, but diamonds are a girl's best friend...!"

I used several different shades of pale pink paper... pink designer cardstock, pale green DP, etc. Also used Nesties, brass eyelets, velcro for the closure, and gold cording for the handle. The ladies loved it.. and before they left, we filled the little box inside with some Brach's Conversation Hearts.. making this a cute little gift for a young lady!

'Til next time.. thanks for stopping by.. and be safe in all you do! I hope that Cupid brings you something sparkly!!

Sending huge hugs and a lot of smiles from The Wired Angel!

My DH was standing over my shoulder when I saw your post....He thought your purse was really cute. He liked the construction with the grommets and the strap...notice he didn't say anything about pretty flowers on the front. That was a good case of Men are From Mars/Women are from Venus....I liked the pretty paper and the flowers...
