Feeling a Bit Skeptical?

Well, today is International Skeptics Day. And, if you are asking why??.. then you might be a skeptic too!! It's the perfect day to celebrate all the doubting Thomas' in your life!

My DH still insists that the walk on the moon never happened -- that it was all staged in a studio at NBC or somewhere....he says it's something about the shadows and the way the American flag waved or didn't wave. Geez, but I just roll my eyes - I'm really good at rolling my eyes because I've had a lot of practice!  So, when you come to visit The Wired Angel, PLEEZE don't ever bring up the Neil Armstrong Moon walk.

So, here's Bella and Bronte... a terrific image from Mo's Digital Pencil. Can't you just hear Bella ask... "Why is the sky blue?". I created this using the sketch for Challenge #14 at Delightful Sketches ... I was feeling a bit skeptical so I kept it to one challenge.

So, if you are feeling a bit skeptical about something... this is YOUR day! Treat yourself to a new stamp or something. You deserve it! I think gift-giving is associated with this holiday. Call your local craft store and ask if they are offering a discount for skeptics... after all, it's worth a try. If they say no, tell them they are being skeptical.

'Til next time, I hope that I brought a smile to your face with this tidbit information and you had a laugh or two. Thanks for stopping by and be safe in all you do! Don't forget to give your favorite skeptic a hug.

Love this one Peggy and I'm in agreement with your DH, won't that be amazing when the truth comes out one day - the whole world will feel like suckers! Received the last of my stamps via my friend from Hong Kong tonight, so I'm feeling pretty good with my little purchase. Take care, hugs Sharon

Thanks for your sweet comment, Peggy! Yes, it's been heavenly here (you probably don't want to know we're in low 70s nearly every afternoon!), but I grew up in an IA farmhouse that was over 100 yrs. old, so I KNOW cold! Also, you hubby & mine would be fast friends, as he shares your husband's belief about the moon landing!
