Fasten your seatbelts, folks!

'cause we are in the final countdown of the Christmas holidays. And, if you are like me, you still have lots of papercrafts you'd like to accomplish to give as gifts. I know that the week after Christmas I'll already be looking at your blogs wishing I had done half of what you accomplished!  I love the blogs that I follow... there's so much talent and creativity!

So, it's week 8 at our Challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil. This week, Caryn, our November hostess, has created a challenge for us to use more than one of Mo's images to create a Christmas scene. Well, not being super proficient in photo-editing software (yet) I paper pieced this card using two images from the talented Mo Manning.

Do you have a picture like this in your photo album... a child, grandchild or even one of you sitting on Santa's lap...?  I've got one of me at the ripe age of 39 that I had taken for my ex-fiance.. but I won't bore you with that story! HA!

Both of these images can be found at Mo's shop.. plus many more that you will fall in love with. Digis are so addictive, I swear!  I colored both with Copic markers.. paper pieced the images and kept this quite simple with a red pepper mat and white cardstock. The sentiment is from Lockhart.

For all my friends and followers here in the States, Happy Thanksgiving. I hope you have a terrific and blessed day, a tasty turkey and trimmings, and you are surrounded by all those that love you. For my friends across the ocean(s)... enjoy your day.. and be safe in all you do.

'Til next time, ciao for now,

Digis are addictive. I find myself digging around on a company's website looking for digis or wishing the stamp I wanted came in digi so I could have it immediately. Love your card!

Love the way you did the two images together! I love the look on the little one's face, he doesn't look quite sure he is happy or not!
