I came upon this challenge while going through my Google reader subscriptions and had to jump in. It's the Whachadoin Wednesday Challenge #53 from Storage Units Ink and More. This week the challenge is to create any type of 'Back to School' project like pencil boxes, teacher gifts, etc. Check it out.. they are offering a prize - just participate before next Tuesday.
These are memo pads that I had cut down and decorated with cardstock, designer papers, stamps, buttons and trims. A bit of a struggle at first to plan this without a template, but then it came together quite nicely. Great little gift to bring to a teacher. I don't have little ones in school.. and I'm not a grandma yet, but I've got lots of friends who would love these for their kids.
Thanks for stopping by.. enjoy your day!!

These are so cute - great gift idea and I love all the cards you've done with Mos's images lately - they are all gorgeous!
these are perfect little gift. very kind of you to think of giving them to your friends so they can pass them on.
I just love these useful gifts. Adorable layout on the front and I agree teachers would love these. We are so happy that you joined us this week in the SUINK challenge, we hope you will come back again next week!
What a fabulous alternative to a mug!!!!! Great idea. My grandbabes are too young for this but I'll store it away in virtual memory. Of course, that will mean I'll have to know where my vm is then???? Great job, as always.
hugs, eileen
